Indulge, Relax, and hang out with like mind people. Beginning the afternoon with all things chilled, followed by a delicious homemade vegetarian/vegan feast, sweet treats, and drinks.
As darkness moves in, we can jump in the hot tub, relax by the fire with a glass of wine (BYO), or a hot cuppa. People are welcome to bring a musical instrument if they wish as this will be an open time to flow with what 'is', it is a time to chill, chat and meet similar souls.

3.15 - 4.15pm Pranayama / Meditation with Julie Kent
4.15 - 5.15pm Gentle Hatha with Michelle Cotillard
5.15 - 6.15pm Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Nikki Grierson (30 minute blissful guided body relaxation with essential oils)
6.30pm Homemade delicious vegetarian/vegan feast
7pm Fire & Marshmallows - Wood burning hot tub - chill - chat - hot cuppa - sweet yummies - and whatever flows
