Shakti Yoga with Michelle Cotillard - A free form vinyasa practice, Michelle will be bringing a different element to this style, increasing your confidence with flowing in your body. Letting go of expectation; ego, and a need to push yourself beyond limits. Being in a space of exploring your body, mind and soul!

Yin Yoga with Nikki Grierson - A quiet style of yoga bringing mindfulness for an inner deep journey. Using meditation, focus of the mind, using our senses to assist us in creating more inner peace & calm, letting go and allowing us to consciously go within and relax.

11.15-11.30ish - Break (Fruit/Chai/Tasty sweet snack)

11.40-13.00 - Yin Yoga

Suitable for all - beginners and regular practitioners welcome (variations always given).

Some spare mats; blankets, bolster but PLEASE bring your own if you have at home.
