Ibiza Yoga Retreat for Empowering Women

Come and join Michelle Cottilard and Nikki Grierson for a week in the Northern area of Ibiza, in the little quaint town of San Miguel. Michelle and Nikki have the combined experience of over 25 years teaching yoga and similar practices. Can Coves Yoga Retreat Villa is a beautiful centre to stay in, allowing yourself to feel comfort, and liberation in our own private exclusive setting. Both teachers have held a yoga retreat at this centre before so have knowledge of the area.

The week will have ‘yang’ and ‘yin’ yoga practices, along with woman’s empowerment, meditation and other possible recommended trips if you so wish to venture out of the centre. Each day there will be practice for igniting your inner goddess, and more gentle self reflective peaceful sessions to nurture your nervous system and soul.

 
 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Ibiza Airport transfer to/from the retreat centre, San Miguel if you are not hiring a car (20 minute drive)

  • Lovely accommodation whether you chose single occupancy or a shared room

  • 2 Yoga sessions per full day (Yang & Yin practices) will be held in the indoor Buddha hall PLUS some other workshop style Empowerment practices, held inside or outside in one of the many lovely areas

  • Healthy yummy freshly prepared vegetarian/vegan brunch and evening meal

  • The centre has  WIFI, outdoor/indoor dining area and kitchen, chill-out area with lounge-beds, climatized swimming pool, jacuzzi spa, sauna, all to give you the best you can have on your retreat while deepening your practice

  • Daily free time to spend as you choose - exploring the island and surrounding areas, or chilling in nature by the climatized pool/jacuzzi with a good book

  • Car Hire

  • Explore the island and its many markets

  • Beach visits - easy taxi or bus ride away

  • Massage treatment if you need more relaxation (we will be sourcing this prior to the retreat)

GETTING THERE

  • Fly to Ibiza airport with BA or Easyjet - (20 mins transfer to the retreat centre which we arrange for you) - we will let you know the best flights when they come out

  • Please organise your car hire if you want this option for island exploring, there is parking at the property (perhaps car sharing between a group of students)

ACCOMMODATION

This villa used to be the olive oil mill to serve the people of San Miguel and the surrounding area. It is about 300 years old but has been brought up to impeccable standards, all modern and clean. It is a traditional Ibizan villa, arranged in gardens, with an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room, surrounded by country side. Recently renovated to make your stay more comfortable and more enjoyable during your vacation.

All rooms are ensuite.

 

PRICES

Prices are per person. If you are traveling alone and wish to have shared occupancy, we will assign you a roommate. Otherwise come with a friend and we will put you in a shared room together.

THIS RETREAT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED

The Prices below are Early Bird prices which offer you 10% discount, please note the below prices have gone up only slightly since 2020, wishing to keep these as low as possible for you. To receive the below discounted price, payment must be made in full by 29th February 2024 (2 months before departure), after this date 10% will be added to your remaining outstanding amount.

Shared Occupancy Twin room - £1350 pp (£300 deposit to be paid and travel insurance booked to secure you space - this is part of your booking conditions)

Single Occupancy room ensuite - £1895 (£300 deposit/travel insurance as above to secure your spot)

PAYMENT DETAILS

Pay £300 deposit now, and the remainder by 29th February 2024, to receive the Early Bird Discount Price.

Deposits are non-refundable (having travel insurance is a condition of your booking - email from you confirm this will be required).

Email - premaretreats11@gmail.com bank details will be sent to you for the amount of £300 deposit, with reference your name, this will automatically book your space, along with booking travel insurance (plus email confirmation from you to confirm this has been booked).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Bank Transfer, for the remaining amount by the 29th February 2024

  • Pay by monthly Direct Debit Instalments if you wish to set this up. I will send reminders each month for anyone wishing to pay in instalment, monthly or quarterly.

Early bird discount offer ends 29th February 2024 - thereafter a 10% surcharge on the remaining amount will be charged. If you book close to this date full payment is required to secure your space.

Not included – flights, travel insurance (a condition of your booking as the deposit in non-refundable, please see Terms & Conditions), meals other than provided own retreat, spa treatments & other activities in your own time

 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS - please read

  • Once deposit is made you have agreed to these terms and conditions, including booking your travel insurance

  • Deposits are non-refundable (travel insurance necessary)

  • Once we have received your deposit we will secure your space

  • To receive Early-Bird price FULL payment is to be received by 29th February 2024

  • ALL payments need be paid in full by 29th February 2024 (10% will be added to outstanding balance if not paid by the Early Bird date)

  • If you are late booker, and there is space, please contact us, you can pay the full amount to secure your space

  • No refund is given if you cancel after 29th February 2024, if you cancel before this and we can fill your space we can refund amount paid less your non-refundable deposit (see**)

  • It is a condition of your booking, and to secure your space to have an insurance plan to cover you for any event which may cause you to cancel

  • If we have to cancel the retreat due to circumstances out of our control, we will give you an option to defer to our next retreat/date. If you choose to NOT defer then your full payment received, less deposit, will be reimbursed. You can contact your insurance company for reimbursement of deposit

    ** the payment we have paid for your space to the retreat centre is non-refundable, therefore it is a condition of your booking that you have insurance so you are covered, as mentioned above
